Pavane for the dead price

15-9-2010

River floating down the mountain
As a mother crying on her daughter’s wedding

With a drunken man’s passion to sleep
You are thrown on the bed

A lighthouse,
Spinning the light monotonously,
You are kept awake still

When you were young,
The backyard seemed like the great woods
Having “all what you can get” fun,
Till it’s time to sleep

It sounds weird but I love the way I understood it: the overall image of life, from birth to death :)

I like!
